Ok Bread is involved in the Bakeries & Pastry Shops sector. It was looking for a solution to keep track of its EDP needs for sales and production.
Open Retail met all the needs of the production unit in terms of weighing the products and printing labels with the necessary information. We use the wireless terminals software to prepare our sales and stock our shops, in a quick and simple way. The retail sales software was installed on special All in One equipment (POS, scales, printer and labels printer), thus minimizing the necessary equipment. All the requirements were fulfilled, in terms of the shop operation, such as simultaneous weighing and sale (with one key), multiple weighing, special screens for order entry and salespersons monitoring. The Open POS software is used to meet the needs for mobile invoicing on a car (XVAN). Open Accounting in fact completed the monitoring of the activity: automatic purchases entry, separating retail sales into merchandise and products, monitoring triangular sales, as well as invoicing production through recipes. All the EDP needs for the activity were fulfilled using the OSS’ solutions (All in One).
